Refund policy

Returns 
Please contact us via email to hello@dogandguncoffee.com prior to returning any products so that we can clarify the nature and validity of the refund or return claim.

  • Products must be returned within 14 business days following purchase.
  • Coffee products can not be returned unless there is a quality concern.
  • Appropriate packaging must be used to ensure that no in-transit damage occurs.
  • Apparel can not be returned or refunded for change of mind or incorrect sizing.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 5 business days.

If the refund is denied, you'll be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to you.

International Orders

No returns or refunds can be given for international orders (i.e. outside of Australia) that have been shipped. 

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 10 business days of us approving your refund, please email us at hello@dogandguncoffee.com.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Dog & Gun Coffee, PO Box 299, Archerfield BC, QLD, Australia

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
