Shipping policy
SHIPPING POLICY
We make every effort to ensure that you will receive your coffee as quickly as possible and in perfect condition. Most orders will be packed and shipped from our warehouse within 2 business days of payment.
Please note that as we roast in regular small batches (for maximum freshness) and need to allow 24 - 48 hours before packing the fresh coffee, there may occasionally be a delay in getting your coffee shipped.
During peak sale periods (i.e. Pre-Rut Sale, Black Friday, Cyber Monday or Christmas), orders may not be shipped for up to 14 days post-purchase. There may also be additional delays outside of our control due to Auspost or courier backlogs.
If there are any issues with delivering your order in a timely manner, we will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible to discuss your options.
Orders with Express shipping will be packed as a priority although the same delays may occur if we require a fresh roast to fulfil the order.
If you require your coffee by a set date, please contact us via email at hello@dogandguncoffee.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate.
Domestic orders
Shipping is usually via Australia Post though from time to time we may use a courier service. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking link either directly from us or from the shipping company. Shipping times will vary according to your location, usually 3-7 business days within Australia.
If your package hasn’t arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please lodge a "lost parcel" complaint with Auspost and then get in touch so we can look into it for you.
International shipping
Please note that international orders are at your own risk and we are not responsible for what happens at customs. This includes any importation tariffs or seized packages. It is your responsibility to ensure your order will be able to clear customs in your country.
International orders are always sent as tracked parcels.
